A watercolor city beneath the words I find things worth fixing. Seven project stories fill the neighborhood: Pallas, MBL, SAT.help, Tantalus, Private research, MA Chronicle, and D&D Club.

Different problems.
The same curiosity.

Tools, communities, and the occasional
conversation that changes everything.
Here’s what happened when I leaned in.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE PROJECTS

Hi, I'm Hyan.
I like getting
involved.

Hyan smiling in a candid selfie. Yay!

I’m from Brazil. I build solutions, ask too many questions, and have a hard time leaving a solvable problem alone.

Some of my favorite work starts outside a code editor: finding the person who knows where the school leftovers go, asking a better question for the newspaper, or noticing how much time everyone loses to their messages.

I also really like Dungeons & Dragons. I founded the D&D club at my school—a place to share that love of imagination and stories.

The MA Chronicle newspaper is one of my favorite places to be. It makes curiosity part of the job. A story gives you a reason to walk up to someone, ask something unexpected, and see where it leads.

I like making useful things.
I like the people I meet along the way even more.

A LITTLE NOTE

This city is
still growing.

These projects look different on the surface. What connects them is a moment of noticing: this could work better for someone.

That’s the part I want to keep doing. The building is how I follow through.

Thanks for taking a walk.
